The Indi-Check™
is a USA built product designed specifically
for the calibration of digital, dial and
test indicators, plunger-type bore gauges,
and electronic probes. As the manufacturing
industry moves toward ISO-, QS-, and AS-
certifications, the need for gauge
calibration becomes not only essential, but
critical in order to occur. Calibration
usually warrants that gauges be sent out to
a calibration service, thereby causing a
manufacturer to lose control of their
gauges.

Indi-Check™ offers an affordable
solution to enable manufacturers to
calibrate these gauges in-house.

The Indi-Check™
is a complete calibration system for some of
the most prevalent gauges used on the
manufacturing floor. While there are several
competitors available in this market, only
the Indi-Check™ comes standard with
bi-directional measuring, fixtures for the
gauges, high-accuracy, and an easy to
operate DRO (Digital Readout). The Indi-Check™
measuring head has carbide measuring faces
and a non-rotating spindle, and it is
available in two size ranges:
0-1"/0-25mm or 0-2"/0-50mm. The
DRO has a 0.000005" or 0.0001mm
resolution, English/Metric conversion,
Absolute/Relative Modes, Zero Reset,
Direction Switch, and RS-232 Output.
