UNI-VIS
is a family of measuring machines of modular design. The concept
allows optimum, cost-effective solutions for every requirement -
machine configurations can be tailored to specific applications with
regard to measurement volume, accuracy, accessories and measurement
methods. By retrofitting, the machine easily adapts to new measuring
jobs.
The table machine UNI-VIS 250 T is available in the standard version at a favorable price. |

The approved OKM machine system incorporates Carl Zeiss technology, such as scales, illuminators, 4- and 6-axis CNC control and other features. Hardened, precision-machined z axis slideways provide high measuring accuracy and long life. The user can select between granit-stone machine beds of various dimensions, x-y tables of different axis lengths and accuracies, and z slideways for different measuring lengths. |
The principal measuring method with UNI-VIS machines is digital image processing - with zoom or interchargeable objectives. In addition, a range of other sensors can be employed, including laser triangulation, coaxial distance sensors and touch-trigger probes. |
